Bryce Canyon National Park

Description

Bryce Canyon spans over 35,835 acres and was made a national park in September of 1928. Named after a Mormon settler who had a home near the Bryce Amphitheater, that feature "hoodoo" formations that were formed by repeated freezing and thawing of water in the limestone rock.
