Yellow Rumped Warbler

Description

A Yellow Rumped Warbler. Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming.

These birds can be regularly found all across the continent.

Likely other bird species, the Yellow Rumped Warbler male displays behavior to attempt to find a mate. Often, the male will hop from perch to perch chipping, fluff their feathers, and raise its wings and feathers on their crown.

If that isn't enough, males may demonstrate display flights, gliding back and forth or slow and exaggerating wing eats.
